I have experience with permaculture, Korean natural farming, rotationally-grazed raw cow dairy, small-scale butchering, fermentation/culturing, and aquaponics. All of these methods are facets of the primary objective of growing nutrient-dense food hyper-locally using regenerative techniques. I am a founding member of the local foods advocacy group, Koa`e Moving Foodward, and, with my partner Jasmine, am involved on a daily basis in harvesting, processing, and preparing delicious and innovative meals 100% from the land.
